Shipping & Returns

Our expected delivery time is approximately 7 business days. Any items that are not in stock will be put on back order and sent freight free when available. Postage and packaging to anywhere in the UK is charged at the flat rate of £5.99 on website orders and is FREE when over £49. 
 

Tracking my order

When your order is ready to be shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email which contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. 

Backorders

Out of stock items will be placed on back order and dispatched freight free as soon as they are available. These items will not be invoiced until delivery. If you are not happy with the expected delivery date of any backordered items, you have the right to cancel these items.

Returns

If for any reason you are not pleased with your shipment, call customer service at (0118) 328-2987 or send an email to sales@beanstalkbooks.co.uk. Please have your packing list handy. Merchandise may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for credit or exchange. Prior to returning any product, please contact us to get a return authorization number which must be written on any boxes returned to us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please call us on (0118) 328 - 2987 or send an email to sales@beanstalkbooks.co.uk within 48 hours of package received.

Attach a copy of your payment reciept (NO reciept, NO replacement/refund) and photos of faulty or damaged

Shortages

Please report any shortages on your order within 48 hours of delivery, please call us on (0118) 328 - 2987 or send an email to sales@beanstalkbooks.co.uk within 48 hours of package received.

I received the wrong item

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please call us on (0118) 328 - 2987 or send an email to sales@beanstalkbooks.co.uk within 48 hours of package received to arrange the return of the incorrect item and the dispatch of the item originally ordered.
